I am sorry for the delay in the Thursday memo. Things were quiet, but your amazing staff is still adding new stuff to the online resources for continuation of learning. I have two conferences calls during the day (Friday) with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. So hopefully Friday’s message will have an update or two.

I have been Zooming with my grandchildren in RI practicing sight words with the 5 year old and doing an online book group with the 9. year old. As math is my area of expertise as a teacher, I am a little out of my comfort zone here – but thanks to an email to Kelly True, our literacy director K – 8, I am managing. Kelly, Karen, and all of our teachers are available for consultation and advice.

Food service:

Free and reduced lunches will be available from 10 – noon on Tuesday at Door 8, Middle School South. Email knovak@oldsite.oldsite.oldsite.gdrsd.org for more info or questions.

Chromebook pickups:

We will be offering Chromebook pickups at Door 8, Middle School South TUESDAY only from 10:00 – noon. Please email lcallahan@oldsite.oldsite.oldsite.gdrsd.org to make a reservation for a Chromebook ahead of time.
