The Groton-Dunstable Educator Evaluation Working Group is pleased to share recent updates to the educator evaluation process, as well as resources to support implementation of those changes.

Step 1: Self-Assessment  Self-Assessment See the 8 district power elements here. October 15
Step 2: Goal-Setting and Ed Plan Educator Plan with Goals Form Sample SMART goal for power elements November 1 submission

November 8 completion

Step 3: Evidence Collection Artifact Collection Form (GenEd/SISP)  

January 25 for non-PTS teachers

May 1 for PTS teachers on year 1/2

Step 4: Formative assessment and evaluation Formative Evaluation Form (Note: You only need to submit HALF of the required evidence) Full rubric with sample actions of good practice February 8 for non-PTS teachers

May 15 for PTS teachers on Year 1/2

Step 5: Summative evaluation Summative Evaluation Form Implementation Brief: Gathering Evidence, Analyzing Evidence, and Determining Ratings May 21 for Needs Improvement and Unsatisfactory

June 1 for proficient or exemplary
